Help the Alliance make 2026 an unforgettable year as we celebrate our 140th anniversary in true fraternal style. Throughout the year, each in-person Alliance event will feature a common bond celebration, highlighting the traditions, values, and impact that make our sector so unique. From meaningful moments of connection to memorable shared experiences, these celebrations are designed to honor our legacy while bringing our community together. We’ve created various ways for your society to get involved at each event.

Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream
Friday, September 18, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Just two blocks from the host hotel, the stunning Milken Center explores how the American Dream expands opportunity and economic mobility for all – with dedicated space on the role of life insurance. The Milken Center focuses on four pillars: Health and Medical Research, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Education and the Educator, and Access to Capital and Financial Empowerment. Through research, convenings, exhibitions and public programs, they invite people to explore bold ideas, gain practical insight, and engage in dialogue that can bridge divides and inspire action. The recently renovated Center is housed in five landmark structures were originally home to Riggs Bank, famously known as “The Bank of Presidents,” and the American Security and Trust Company.
The Alliance team toured the Milken Center last fall to explore the exhibits including one dedicated to the life insurance industry and this spectacular Tree of Generations, which serves as the centerpiece of the museum and an interactive sculpture.
