Meeting Stipends Approved by the Board of Directors for 2024: Fraternal Staffers to Get $250 and $500 off Registration Fees

The Alliance Board of Directors approved the continuation of the meeting stipends through 2024 to encourage collaboration and engagement at the Alliance’s two largest meetings. This valuable member benefit was utilized by 76% of fraternal attendees at the 2023 Spring Symposium and Executive Summit.

For Spring Symposium, while each society will receive the same number of meeting stipends based on asset class as provided in 2023, one stipend will be specifically designated for a society Board member to attend the 2024 Spring Symposium. The Alliance and Board would like to encourage participation of society board members in the newly developed governance track to address member-identified challenges and support continued fraternal strength. The stipend codes specific to staff members and board members will be sent via email to society CEOs later in 2023.

The stipends will remain the same for the 2024 Executive Summit. Fraternal member societies will receive a special discount code for TWO $500 stipends towards two registrations at Executive Summit for a total discount of $1,000. The stipend codes for Executive Summit will be sent via email to society CEOs in 2024.

Society CEOs should determine which employees can use the stipends for each meeting. Please see the information below and coordinate with your staff on who will be using the stipends during the registration process. Receives 4 x $250 off discounts at Spring Symposium = $1,000
(Three society staff members and one board member can utilize the discount.)

Receives 2 x $500 off discounts at Executive Summit = $1,000
(Two people can use the code one time.)

Asset Class B

Receives 3 x $250 off discounts at Spring Symposium = $750
(Two society staff members and one board member can utilize the discount.)

Receives 2 x $500 off discounts at Executive Summit = $1,000
(Two people can use the code one time.)

Asset Class C

Receives 2 x $250 off discounts at Spring Symposium = $500
(One society staff member and one board member can utilize the discount.)

Receives 2 x $500 off discounts at Executive Summit = $1,000
(Two people can use the code one time.)

Asset Class D

Receives 2 x $250 off discounts at Spring Symposium = $500
