The SPARK! Lunch & Learn is an expanded regional gathering designed to ignite ideas, strengthen connections, and celebrate the power of fraternalism. Bringing together fraternal staff, executives, board members, and local agents, this event offers a dynamic mix of networking, learning, and hands-on engagement.

Attendees will connect with peers through facilitated roundtable discussions, meaningful networking opportunities, and special presentations focused on the most pressing issues and opportunities facing the fraternal system. The FCD Master Class will also convene onsite, adding depth and insight to the day’s programming.

In celebration of the Alliance’s 140th anniversary, SPARK! will feature special moments that highlight the history, impact, and unique role of fraternal benefit societies. Staying true to our mission, participants will also take part in a service project, working together to make a tangible difference in the local community.

Designed to inform, inspire, and energize, SPARK! Lunch & Learn delivers a collaborative experience rooted in shared purpose, practical insight, and the fraternal spirit.

After months of work and development, the FCD Master Class shares its “Fraternal of the Future.” This group thesis project empowers rising leaders to create a society from the ground up focusing on an underserved group with a common bond, chapter structure opportunities, engagement strategies and operations.

The Alliance is working with a non-profit to coordinate a bike build on site to benefit local disadvantaged children. Money will be raised on site and in advance to defray the expenses of the activity. A charity supporting women will be announced soon.

The 140th celebration continues in San Antonio with these featured events.

Bike Build and Charity Supporting Women’s Organization
For the bike build - a separate non-profit will coordinate the build on site to benefit local disadvantaged children. The Alliance will raise funds on site and in advance to defray the expenses of the activity. A charity supporting women will also be identified. Fundraising goals: $6,500 for the bike build and $10,000 for the women’s group.

Riverwalk River Cruise
The Alliance will be providing a complimentary riverwalk ride with cocktails on November 11. The river cruise will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. The Alliance will provide event attendees details on transportation and the pick-up and drop-off location. Space is limited.

Common Bond Celebration
Czech societies will be invited to bring food to celebrate their culture. Local female executives will help award funds to charity benefitting a woman’s group.

Fraternalism Road Show
The “Fraternal Brag Boards” will be on display highlighting photos, impact stats, and standout moments from your society’s best fraternal events.

Lunch & Learn Sponsor: Complimentary
Associate Member (Non-Sponsor): $249
(Non-sponsor Associate Members are eligible to send one representative and will be required to sign a non-solicitation agreement.)
Non-Member: Not eligible to attend

There is no room block associated with this event. The Alliance will provide a list of hotels near Catholic Life Insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or Before October 14, 2026.
For cancellations received in writing on or before October 14, 2026, event registrations can be transferred to another individual at no cost or refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations After October 14, 2026
Cancellations received after October 14, 2026, are not refundable.

What happens to my registration if American Fraternal Alliance cancels the event?
Attendees will be notified in writing within 48 hours of formal decision of cancellation.
